Tainted Jury and the Results of the so-called Impeachment

Roger Stone’s case is a clear indication that our justice system is corrupt. How can I say this—for a few reasons—one juror was purposely planted, who is an outspoken Trump hater, and was once a candidate for Congress, which would make her ripe to take the leadership position, to be the jury foreman.

Back in 2010, I discovered that attorneys scour Facebook for jury selection, for which I subsequently unsubscribed to that social media site. Therefore, it is no surprise this particular juror became a target for selection.

The second reason is the selection of the judge, who is also tainted, but did not do the honorable thing to recuse herself from the case. She is no different than any other leftist bureaucrat in Washington. If it were not for the Attorney General chiming into this case—rest assured the 7-9 years sentence would be pronounced.

From a strictly judicial point of view—once a tainted juror is discovered, the case would be declared a “mistrial.” However, because this case comes under the Federal venue, a “mistrial” is not valid.

President Trump spoke a little about the case and hinted Roger Stone will be exonerated. He added that he will see how the case concludes, for which one could easily surmise that if the sentence of 40 months is upheld, President Trump will pardon him—not out of partisan friendship, but because of both a tainted jury and a tainted judge.

I cannot help but laugh at the Demoncrats for the debacle impeachment proceeding, for which the general public had enough of political partisanship and stacking the deck with so-called “witnesses” who are nothing more than “Deep State” operatives, and cling to the edicts that go back 70 years, in regards to our attitude towards Russia.

The results of the above—a record number of people have applied for GOP positions for the next national election.
