A new war has just begun on Capitol Hill, between the Demoncrats and Republicans.  Even though the public has spoken through the presidential election and the loss of 13 governor seats, etc., the Demoncrats are still holding fast to a losing position.  The debacle of ObamaCare is now on the forefront of this first battle, for which we were forewarned about the consequences long before Nancy Pelosi stated two things in support of ObamaCare 1) “We must pass it before we read it.” 2) “Its affordable, its affordable…” on and on for so many times that I lost count.  We now know as an absolute certainty that all the dire predictions have all come to pass and it is far from over if the Demoncrats have it their way!

Today, Nancy Pelosi stood out as a grim reminder of what ObamaCare has done, by wearing an outfit depicting the same color as Pepto-Bismol.  Both parties had pep-talk meetings as to what strategy will be used in defeating the enemy.  I would put my money on the Republicans, because of what Harry Reed implemented, by using the “Nuclear Option”, when the Demoncrats were the majority in the Senate.  Now the shoe is on the other foot; Harry Reed is now retired, so he does not have a bullet in the foot.

Despite the touts of the Demoncrats that the Republicans have no plan, which just goes to show just how dumb the Demoncrats believe the American People might be… having a short memory.  I say this because all along the Republicans have always presented changes to ObamaCare; placed on Obama’s desk and without even blinking simply vetoed any measure that was “rubber stamped” Republican, or even bi-partisan.    

The key to the whole matter is two-fold; 1) we can now look forward to having competition in the health care insurance business.  2) Doctors and other health care providers will no longer be bound hand and foot by Bureaucrats and perhaps some rural hospitals will again open their doors, for which through ObamaCare closed their doors.

Even with better and perhaps a better or greater health care system; there is one other thing that needs to be done, for which the government is well-equipped to accomplish, because of their vast resources and manpower.  They can provide education to the general public as to how they can take steps to provide better health care as individuals. 

Over the many years I have taken charge of my personal health care since 1977; I still have everything I was born with and plan on dying that way!  I do not subscribe to any vaccinations, which contain a number of poisons and I have 8 pages of studies done that prove the fallacy of all vaccinations.  In addition, I have a document that if by chance I am forced to have a vaccination; this particular document places any adverse consequences that might occur and places that burden upon the administer of those vaccinations. 

I have two formulas to ward off any type of infection in as little as two days, for which one of those formulas is comprised of two produce items in the grocery store and the other is a one ingredient formula available in any health food store and can also rid the body of intestinal parasites in as little as 2 to 3 days!  I have destroyed 14 different infections over the course of 17 years, with the first formula in as little as 2 days.

I have a vast amount of all kinds of “home remedies” that I have collected since 2002.  Some are so simple and is just a matter of routine to having these things on hand, such as; raw organic honey; raw organic apple cider vinegar; black strap molasses; ginger tea and candied ginger just to name a few.  I cannot give you any of the exact formulas and how they are used, for the simple reason that I could easily be accused of practicing medicine without a license, only because this is a public forum, but can provide such information on an individual basis via my email address; mark.debarbieri@gmail.com

Obama is quite determined to continue his legacy by having a meeting with Senate Democrats, in order place stumbling blocks in Trump’s way, so as not to lose ObamaCare.  I can only think that ObamaCare is an evil toy that is destroying lives and that “toy” needs to be destroyed.  Here is something that has not been revealed on your MSM news programs; ever since ObamaCare started a number of rural hospitals have closed their doors. 

One reason is because many doctors have quit their profession, with all the mounting paperwork associated with ObamaCare, in order to get paid.  One can plainly see why there are more costs associated with ObamaCare, but this is result of any and all bureaucracies at work and the very reason why businesses have closed their doors because of all the regulations that govern over commerce.

Yes, we need at least some regulation of commerce, in order to maintain a high degree of behavior between businesses and the consumer, but as it states in the New Testament “…you strain out a gnat, but swallow a camel.”  Actually, if one follows the 6^th – 10^th Commandments; this is all the regulation that is needed in order to “do no harm”.

We are so caught up in so much litigation that we cannot see past our own behavior.  You see my friends, there is so much difference in “commercial law” verses “constitutional law”, for which the title of a book I have written; “What Difference Does It Make?!” and the title of this blog has and is in the process of explanation of our society that has gone awry!

If one carefully examines our Constitution, it does in subtle ways parallel the last 6 Commandments.  Nevertheless, we do have the absolute right to choose to either to do good or evil, but evil always has dire consequences.  However, there are many who do not see it that way and do what they do, which is aptly described as “ill gotten gain”; hence the need for government regulation, for which the Ten Commandments would be sufficient.

But then again, “Government is not reason; it is not eloquence; it is force!  Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master.”  George Washington.  Any government, no matter how laudable it might be; never enjoys losing power, which is why we have the “Corporation of the United States” established in 1868; yes, just on the heels of our Civil War and promulgated the expounding the beginning of “commercial law” over “constitutional law” and adjudicated in 1938.  This cannot be explained any better in this particular “nutshell” of this blog, which is why I wrote; “What Difference Does It Make?!”

Total revenue (line 12) ................... $177,804, 61 2.00 

Total grants to charity (line 13) ...........$5,160,385.00  

Total expenses of............................ ..  $91,281,145.00 

expenses include: salaries (line 15)....$34,838,106.00 

            fundraising fees (line 16a).......... $850,803.00

They list 486 employees (line 5)!  So it took 486 people who are paid $34.8 million and $91.3 million in fees and expenses, to give away $5.1 MILLION WHICH IS LESS THAN 3% OF TOTAL REVENUES! 

Line 22 shows ending year net assets/fund balances of $332,471,349.00 which is 

up $85,171,891 from last years tax return! 

And they call this a CHARITY?

One can only imagine what 2015 and 2016 donations will total.......the height of influence peddling.  By law, an entity that is under IRS 501 (c) is required to give away a minimum of ten percent of the total revenue.  Therefore, the taxable year of 2014 for the above organization has violated the IRS Code and must be held accountable.  The IRS had no problem going after some past president's enemies but one might suppose that the Clintons and any of their associates, employees, officers, etc. are one-hundred percent exempt from any IRS investigation.

This author is not surprised in the least, only because of a few reasons; 1) the IRS is not or ever was part of the United States Government; it is an agency of the IMF (Diversified Metal Products v. IRS et al.CV-93-405E-EJE U.S.D.C.D.I., Public Law 94-564, Senate Report 94-1148 pg. 5967, Reorganization Plan No. 26, Public Law 102-391.) The IMF is an agency of the U.N. (Blacks Law Dictionary 6th Ed. Pg. 816.

Another rather systemic reason is the fact that the Clintons are tied into the Illuminati, who control all the world's money through the IMF, and the U.N. is their mouthpiece.  The Federal Reserve is also is not part of the United States Government but is "Federal" in name only, because it is a privately held institution, for which the Rockefeller family is one of the owners, and reaped in one particular year 90 billion dollars from the interest the United State Government still owes.  I wonder how many taxpayers know to whom we owe the "national debt?"  

The United States continues to print more money every year, not only to replace worn out FRNs but also printing these certificates of debt (which is precisely what FRNs are) but also to print the ever-increasing debt that is owed, which is why we have inflation.  The above means that the more FRNs are printed and circulated, the less buying power "We The People" have, which simply means the money is diluted with every succeeding year and the very reason why there are more and more dollars circulating.

President Kennedy was aware of the above fraud, for which was one of several reasons why he was assassinated.  There are many within our government who are acutely aware of the continued fraud that is being perpetrated on the entire world.  However, those same people are fearful of their lives and livelihood that they are mute about the subject.

In order to fully understand Obama’s legacy is to read between the lines of what he says.  Such as the employment figures, which are easily eschewed.  It is the Labor Department that maintains these figures, which are based upon those who are employed vs unemployed.  However, when those who are collecting unemployment benefits are no longer eligible for those payments, they are no longer counted which seemingly raises the employment figures.  The true “drop out” rate is in the millions during Obama’s entire administration.  The reality sinks in when economic growth is very low or at a standstill and consumer confidence and spending is at an all time low.

I learned some new very disturbing news about surgical instruments.  According to a British study, 20 percent of those who had surgery in the past year died from defective or inferior medical instruments; many of which are produced in Pakistan, even though those instruments are stamped "Made in Germany", well, they are probably assembled in Germany, but many parts are made in Pakistan. Welcome to "Globalization" and one very good reason to vehemently reject TPP.

It takes a microscope to view the defects, which are rough, chipped or welded and can harbor bacteria; in addition to being improperly sterilized in the hospitals.  So as one can see this news supports what I said yesterday about "Iatrogentic Disease"... "Death by Doctor".

I learned a new word today; “Iatrogentic Disease” and can be found on many thousands of Death Certificates of mostly seniors.  It simply means; “death by doctor” and is now the third leading cause of death in the United States. 

There are 5 what could be called “normal procedures” that are the causes of these deaths; 1) Chemo and Radiation; 2) Knee Surgery; 3) Insulin Pump Therapy; 4) Colonoscopies and 5) Mammograms.

Chemo from what a nurse described to me is simply “Draino”.  It is so toxic that one can be poisoned if gotten onto the skin at full strength.  In addition, if it is spilled on the floor, the clean-up requires a full environmental suit… nice uh?  Moreover, the success rate of Chemo is one and one-half percent, which simply means on 1-1/2 people per 100 patients will find life again.  It is not surprising to note that 80 percent of doctors would refuse Chemo Therapy.  When seeing your oncologist, ask for “C6 Protocol”.   

Radiation will cause more problems down the road and makes cancer more easy to take hold and this includes Mammograms, which by the way 40 percent of the time shows up as a “false positive”.

Knee Surgery will end up causing more pain and will not replace what nature had already put there.  Next time ask for the “Coop Pain Technique”.

Insulin Pump Therapy 60 percent of the time will either put in too little or too much insulin, has killed people and scores of wrongful death lawsuits and prompted the FDA to put out a warning. Many people have already cured their diabetes; Drew Cary for one.  The information is out there... look for it! 

Colonoscopies kill and disable 70,000 people annually.  This particular procedure would never be necessary if people would pay more attention to their diets and the chemicals used in their foods, starting from the source… the farm!  We are all being slowly poisoned to death, all in the name of the corporate bottom line.

There seems to be some unfounded concerns about Trump tweeting.  In my opinion those “concerns” are coming from those who create “fake news”.  Senator Sessions does not seem to have a problem with Trump’s tweets, for if confirmed he will be our next Attorney General.

Trump is simply taking advantage of a prolific social media outlet.  President Reagan could only dream of having such an outlet, but what Reagan did was bringing issues directly to the public via press conferences and let the public pressure their local legislatures.  Tweets are press conferences on steroids!  By tweeting, Trump can instantly get the word out without all the time consuming press conferences.  In addition, Trump’s tweets will “trump” fake news!

I have it from a source who served with John Kerry in Vietnam that Kerry is a liar.  This is just the type of person Obama needed to cover up the reasons for the abstention vote at the U.N. (University of Nitwits).  It had taken a little more than a one hour speech of nothing but rhetoric and no real plan to bring peace between the Palestinians and the Nation of Israel.  Every plan that was ever conjured up for a Middle East peace all failed and will continue to fail.  I will never forget the so-called “land for peace” deal more than two decades ago.  I immediately blew it off because I knew such a plan would never work.  The only “land for peace” deal that the Palestinians are seeking is to remove all the Israelites off land.

Everything that has happened and is currently happening is leading up to the removal of the Palestinians.  There will never be a “Palestinian State”.  For if there were a “Palestinian State” they would become a sovereign nation.  Under international law either nation could then legally declare war.  If such a war came to pass the Palestinians would get their asses kicked and Israel would then obtain the spoils of war.  The survivors of that war would have two choices; adapt or move out!

Being a student of law, I find it rather amazing that the Palestinians can make a "claim" for the "West Bank", when in fact they lost it during the 1967 war.  One might suppose that Muslims have a long religious memory, but a short memory as to has the right to the "West Bank".  The Muslims are just like their daddy "Ishmael", who was aptly described as a "wild ass of a man".  They just as assume killing one another as killing anyone else, even to the point of killing themselves in the process. 

Throughout history, many lives have been lost due to differences in religion.  Right now what we are seeing around the world is a mere taste as to what is surly coming much more overtly, despite our technical prowess.  You heard me correctly; this civilization is heading to the biggest downfall in all human history.  As long as Muslims are allowed a foothold in countries, whose culture does not agree with Shariah Law will find themselves in a quandary.  The price they will eventually pay is to be removed from that culture that they find so repugnant and go back home to where they belong.  

They are generally lazy leeches and leave mounds of trash in their wake.  They have no problem with the murder of their own children all in the name of Shariah Law and now we have judges who have no problem with the venue of Shariah Law.  It is bad enough that we in the United States have two venues of law at work, now we are considering a third venue?  If one enjoys confusion in our system of law; the addition of Shariah Law will most certainly add to the confusion of constitutional law verses commercial law, re; “What Difference Does It Make?!” Mark-Edward: DeBarbieri, RM  

A side note… I find it rather disappointing that there are virtually no comments to my blogs, even from those who might disagree.  I do not mind an intelligent banter, because it sharpens my resolve to anything that might be wrong, or slightly off point.  I am not afraid of different points of view and none of you should be as well.  Fear of ideas is the same as a closed door to the right knowledge.  In any controversy the truth lies therein.
