Obama is quite determined to continue his legacy by having a meeting with Senate Democrats, in order place stumbling blocks in Trump’s way, so as not to lose ObamaCare.  I can only think that ObamaCare is an evil toy that is destroying lives and that “toy” needs to be destroyed.  Here is something that has not been revealed on your MSM news programs; ever since ObamaCare started a number of rural hospitals have closed their doors. 

One reason is because many doctors have quit their profession, with all the mounting paperwork associated with ObamaCare, in order to get paid.  One can plainly see why there are more costs associated with ObamaCare, but this is result of any and all bureaucracies at work and the very reason why businesses have closed their doors because of all the regulations that govern over commerce.

Yes, we need at least some regulation of commerce, in order to maintain a high degree of behavior between businesses and the consumer, but as it states in the New Testament “…you strain out a gnat, but swallow a camel.”  Actually, if one follows the 6^th – 10^th Commandments; this is all the regulation that is needed in order to “do no harm”.

We are so caught up in so much litigation that we cannot see past our own behavior.  You see my friends, there is so much difference in “commercial law” verses “constitutional law”, for which the title of a book I have written; “What Difference Does It Make?!” and the title of this blog has and is in the process of explanation of our society that has gone awry!

If one carefully examines our Constitution, it does in subtle ways parallel the last 6 Commandments.  Nevertheless, we do have the absolute right to choose to either to do good or evil, but evil always has dire consequences.  However, there are many who do not see it that way and do what they do, which is aptly described as “ill gotten gain”; hence the need for government regulation, for which the Ten Commandments would be sufficient.

But then again, “Government is not reason; it is not eloquence; it is force!  Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master.”  George Washington.  Any government, no matter how laudable it might be; never enjoys losing power, which is why we have the “Corporation of the United States” established in 1868; yes, just on the heels of our Civil War and promulgated the expounding the beginning of “commercial law” over “constitutional law” and adjudicated in 1938.  This cannot be explained any better in this particular “nutshell” of this blog, which is why I wrote; “What Difference Does It Make?!”
