Ignorance of Law

It is truly amazing how ignorant Americans are in regards to law, but it is that same ignorance that our justice system depends upon to maintain their power and authority over us.  There is a distinct difference between something being legal, or being lawful.  I am referring to what is currently being debated in the Supreme Court, as to whether or not Obumacare is applicable to every American.

In my previous writings, I brought out the fact that all Americans that have a Social Security Number are commercial chattel, for which the government can make anything “legal”, but according to the Constitution Obumacare and 6 million other commercial laws are unlawful.  The word “legal” is a commercial term and applies to all those under commercial venue, such as those involved in international trade and shipping on the high seas.  Therefore we are under a quandary of laws and so-called authorities that enforce those laws, in direct confrontation with the “Bill of Rights”.

There are pockets of well-informed individuals, myself included, that fully understand what we are up against.  The main problem is that we have been so acclimated to the status quo since 1938, that we simply do not know any better, remain ignorant and trusting all so-called authorities.  This is why we have licensing, hate crime laws that border on the reading of our thoughts and the Nazi like tactics of the TSA.

The bottom line is I fully expect the Supreme Court to rule in favor of Obumacare and all its applications, simply because it is the “Powers That Be” agenda for more control over our population, not mention genocide, according to the United Nations “Agenda 21.

As long as we allow the government to teach lies in our schools, we will end up with a few generations of socialists, which will eventually make the Constitution null and void.  Also remember that our children are being taught that the government can do no wrong and is being taught to the rest of the population through TSA, EPA, IRS, INS, NSA and Homeland Security, which is security for our socialist government to protect itself from so-called subversives and to overrule our Constitution at every opportunity.  The most stunning of a more recent move toward government power over us, is the National Defense Authorization Act.  This act was passed in the guise of detaining threatening American citizens residing in foreign countries, but it also includes anyone residing on American soil, which is why 72 of the 600 FEMA camps around the United States were immediately activated upon Obuma’s signature.  All of which was not revealed in the network media.

Lies, lies and more lies.  Obuma has done nothing but excusing himself from the high price of gasoline.  It was daddy Bush who was able to keep gasoline prices down, all without the help of Congress.  The office of the presidency is far more powerful than they want you to believe.  The problem is despite the office of the Presidency, he does have someone to answer to and it is not the American public, Congress, or the Department of Justice.  He answers only to those that groomed him and got him into the Oval Office.

10 days prior to President Kennedy’s assassination, he stated in a speech at a university that the office of the Presidency is being used to destroy the United States.  This was being done through the Johnson Administration with the removal of silver from our coinage, which was clearly an unconstitutional act according to Article I, Section 10, and paragraph 1.  This was specifically done to invalidate the half-a-billion dollars in Silver Certificates that Kennedy had ordered printed in June of 1963.  Silver Certificates according to law would be redeemable in silver.  This act infuriated the owners of the Federal Reserve, for which Kennedy knew they are a foreign loan institution, for which all Federal Reserve Notes are borrowed into existence, which promotes “printing press inflation” and because of the huge national debt created more printing press inflation, which reflects the high price of gasoline and everything else.

The Johnson Administration also created the so-called “Great Society” to rid us of poverty.  One trillion dollars later did not change the status of the poor, with the exception of the dependence upon the government breast for sustenance, for which the poor feed upon and therefore adding to the National Debt, which causes more inflation, etc.  Even Yeshua told us we would always have the poor among us; Matthew 26:11, John 12:5.  John also gave us the Vietnam War, which Kennedy was doing everything he could to prevent our involvement.  The French were there for 100 years and warned us not to go there.  But the Military Industrial Complex wanted us there to maintain a stream of blood money; to keep the United States politically unstable and do a little genocide along the way.

The Nixon Administration kept the nation in a state of flux and did little to provide real leadership.

The more overt destruction of our nation has been in the hands of the Clinton, Bush and now the Obuma Administration, all of whom answer to the same “Powers That Be”.  Another reason for the high price of gasoline is to herd the populations back into the cities, in order to better control them, which is what the United Nations “Agenda 21” is all about.  Planned Parenthood and abortion has also kept our population in check.  56 million murders all without firing a shot; Hitler, Stalin and Mao eat your hearts out!

Back to gasoline.  What happened to the 60mpg Geo Metro?  There is currently no production model that can hold a candle to that gas mileage.  In 1978, Mother Earth News came up with a version of a hybrid that would only burn ¼ gallon per hour.  At 60mph, you do the math!  Therefore no one can convince me that automobile manufacturers can’t do better than 60mpg.  Again, it is the “Powers That Be” that have full control over what we can have and what we cannot have.  All Fortune 1000 companies are all headed by groomed Masons, for which all of them are not fully aware of their benefactors.  No matter how you slice it, we are all slaves to the “Powers That Be” and in the coming years that will become more self-evident.

We must also consider that back in 1939; General Motors coined the term “planned obsolescence”.  This attitude is “capitalism” at its worst.  Capitalism is also plagued by greed, but as long as Americans are willing to pay the prices asked, the poor will always remain poor.  This is just another way the rich rule; by paying the high prices for everything, which puts a higher perceived value on everything. 

The rich will always rule over the poor and the government agrees with them.  The Instant Rip-off Service has always sided with the rich, which proves how much power the rich have over us; fairness notwithstanding.  The IRS is run by the same people that own and operate the Federal Reserve, which is “Federal” in name only.  Congress can only regulate the Fed, but can never have overt control over it, because our entire government depends upon the Fed for all the loans made to the government by the Fed.  The Federal Reserve is a foreign loan institution, which is the largest fraud ever to be perpetuated upon mankind, not to mention its ugly sister the Instant Rip-off Service, which is the Fed’s collection agency.

The IRS did not become the monster that it is until after the Federal Reserve Act was passed in 1913.  It is a simple fact that you cannot have a loan institution without a way to collect on the debts.  The so-called 16^th Amendment was never ratified by 2/3’s of the states, which was proven and documented by Bill Benson that wrote the 2 volume set titled, “The Law That Never Was”.  Bill Benson traveled to every state and dug into their archives to discover that only a few states agreed with the 16^th Amendment and therefore never passed as purported.  Both the Congress and the Justice Department are unwilling to look into the matter  Try to find the video from C-Span, dated in early July of 1999, which became the most requested C-Span video, featuring both Bill Benson and a former IRS agent.

Human Nature--Anger

When we are angered, it produces a hatred toward someone or something.  This is all a part of “human nature”, which has plaqued us since the first historical record.  What has been labeled as “hate crimes”, has to do with hating the sinner and not the sin, which is diametrically oposite of what Yeshusa has taught us.  I am not going to name names, but this writing has necessary because we allowed to take seemingly harmless incidences and end up ruining not only the life of the so-called victim, but are forcing the acceptance of what YHWH (God) calls bad or harmful behavior and placing them on display, feeling sorry for those that are plainly sinners.

I am not placing condemation on anyone, which is not the same thing as making proper judgements on the incidences that have occurred.  None of humanity is seated on the “judgement seat”, which is condemation, Romans 14:11-13.  As you can see the final judgement or condemation rests solely on Yeshusa.  Let me give you a personal example of the difference between judgement and condemation in regards to our behavior towards wrong doers.  I moved to Tennessee on the promise of work and a place for myself.  After 6 weeks of waiting for the promises to be fulfilled, I decided to leave the situation.  I found myself homeless and needed to be in a homeless shelter.  This was my second visit to this particular homeless shelter and was quite welcome there because of my behavior and additute on my previous stay.  They asked how long I expected to be there this second time around and I replied, “one week”, which was all the time I needed to place an ad on craigslist and receive a positive response.  This is not the first time I have done this and knew what to expect and when.

I received two responses.  One of the two visited me at the shelter.  They were two men, an older man and a relatively younger one.  The older one did all the talking and fairly soon I realized these two men were lovers.

It is important to take careful note that although my studies of YHWH’s word has been about 30 years at this point and fully understanding wrongful behavior; I was not sitting on the judgement seat, nor did I qualify to council against such behavior and simply treated them as human beings.  Consequently, I went with them and they allowed me to be housed in their motor home, while working on their house and property.

Even though YHWY hates homosexual behavior, I accepted these men as human beings and not because I disagreed with my Father in Heaven, but because we are to hate the sin and not the sinner.  They did not bother me in the least to join in their lifestyle and I did not bring up their wrongful behavior in the light of YHWH’s word.  These men were the most generous clients I have ever worked for and all my work that was done for them was acceptable and complete.  I was there for two months and a time came when they could no longer afford to keep me on, even though there was more work to be done.  We remained friends and I moved on to the other interested client; remained there for 9 months and needed to leave because of his threatening behavior towards me.

I relayed my concerns to the gay couple and they said to me that if I needed to get out of there they would help me.  The situation did escalate to the point of threatened physical violence, which is where I drew the line.  I said a prayer and I was out of there within two weeks.

Those two men had taken me in again and I was there for one month, which was longer than I had expected to be there.  I simply needed a place to stay for a week or two, until I got another assignment, but they were pleased to have me there and worked with them as if I never had left.

We have evolved in a socialist society, for which the “Powers That Be” want us to be in.  This is why we now have “hate crimes” or what should be put in proper context as “thought crimes”.  If we take any small action against someone or government, it is easily interpeted as “hate crimes”.  As a society we have sucessfully legislated moraltiy, to which YHWH has already done when both man and woman were created along with the Ten Commandments.  However, man’s moralizing is quite different from YHWH’s and mankind because of Satan’s influence has become perverted.

So-called “hate crimes” have also included anything against our present tyranical government, which was the true reason for the formation of Homeland Security, the Military Commissions Act of 2006, the National Defense Authorization Act and the unconstitutional behavior towards “undocumented” people, to which all of them, to which all of them; men, women and children should all be captured or killed when crossing our border.  The war according to our Constitution should be towards these invaders; re: Article I, Section 8, paragraphs 15-16, not on some foreign soil where American lives are not at stake.

According to State’s Rights [Article X], when Congress does not provide contitutional action; the involved States are allowed to take unilateral action, without Federal consequences.  Both Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franklin warned us of the tyranical nature of what an unchecked governement is capable of doing, which is specifically why we have the Second Amendment.

I have noticed over the past 20 years, the plethora of advertising for so-called “easy money”.  First it was home equity loans, then cashing in your structured settlements and now reverse mortgages.  The bottom line is to get Americans to refinance their futures, by passing the debt(s) to their children.  Now with high unemployment; job security evaporated and pensions plundered, I can understand why we need to have some cash on hand.  But this is a two-edged sword.  What better way to control the population, than to take advantage of their financial crisis, by keeping them constantly in debt.

The financial community has been carefully monitoring the American People and their financial health, for which advertising is geared to rid us from our financial woes.  The Banksters want full control over the populations and their money.  And we as gullible and greedy people listen to the advertising, in a scheme to take more money out of our pockets and putting into the already very deep pockets of the Banksters; just like Obuma did when he bailed out the banks.  But he was told to do that to return the favor of providing him money to get elected, etc.

Obuma was suckered into the Banksters web of sin and had no problem robbing the American People by paying those back that contributed to his campaign.  No one rises to the top that quickly without collateral damage alone the way.  Obuma has put his silver tougue and chrisma to use to fool the American People into surrendering all their rights, by effectively taking our Constitution and putting through the shredder, at the two previous administrations had started.  How many readers of this blog are better off because of the promise of “change”?  The only “change” I see is chump change.  A friend brought out a very good point over one year ago; “It will be either be nature or the government that is going to end civilization as we know it.”

No matter how you slice it, an end is coming, but do not put your eggs into the Mayan Calendar, referring to December 21^st, 2012.  That is just as much hype as all previous predictions of the future.  YHWH (God) has already set the time and according to His word, even the angels in Heaven do not know the time of the end.  However, we are given hints in the Books of Revelation, Daniel 11 and Matthew 24.  None of these things have come to pass, but the entire planet is poised for this to happen very soon and there is no power that is going to stop it.

My suggestion is to either become a “prepper” or make peace with all you know, including your maker.  But be warned; no one is going to be redeemed on the coattails of any church, organization or evangelist, no matter how laudable they may be, II Corinthians 4:4, the “god” spoken of here is Satan the Devil.  As long as we continue to listen  and believe the lies that are told to us every day, we will suffer for it and rightly deserve it, re; John 6:44, 65, Acts 3:19-21, II Corinthians 11:14, Ephesians 6:10-12.  There are many so-called “authorities” that in order to maintain the fraud over us, will always continue to do evil; II Thessalonians 2:9-10, I John 4:2-3, 5:19.  As you can see the Bible is a jigsaw puzzle.  

If I were Rush Limbaugh, I would not have offered an apology.  You do not see me apologizing for anything I have said in this blog, why?  Because no one should apologize for the truth.  The prophets of ancient Israel never apologized, simply because they said what YHWH (God) told them to say.  But let us take heed in regards to those prophecies because they are duel, which means what happened once before is most certainly going to happen again.

I have to note here that Rush Limbaugh does not tell all the truth, for if he did, he would not be on the air for very long after saying the full truth.  Howard Cosell said it best on the Johnny Carson Show; “You can tell more of the truth in print than you can on television.”  However, nearly all the media is controlled.  The Internet is probably the last repository for the truth.  And now because the government declared war on the American People via the National Defense Authorization Act, the Internet will soon be censored, but in the guise of protecting us from Internet fraud.  In any war the truth is always the first casualty.  This being an election year and the “Powers That Be” have a time table, do not expect things to get better.

One important thing in regards to Rush Limbaugh’s advertisers that pulled out; is that they are all members of the Illuminati; also known as the “Powers That Be” that I often refer to.  No one controlling hundreds of millions of dollars can be allowed to have full sovereignty over all that money.  The Illuminati have no intentions of losing any power they have gained in regards to politics and social issues.  Social issues are the “foothold” of the Illuminati, because they know it stirs up emotions in people and apply as often as possible to be used as a political lever.  The bottom line; we will eventually lose all of our freedoms and liberties.

Obumacare was designed to take away our medical choices.  Knowing that bureaucrats are never benevolent in regards to making and enforcing policies; do you really believe that someone sitting behind a desk, looking over your medical records, without seeing you face to face, is going to make the right decisions?

Please take careful note; policies are never equal to law, however because we have deemed as commercial chattel, with our name in all capital letters, those policies can be enforced as if they were law, all without your input or objections.  It took me years of the study of law to fully understand who I am and that no policy can ever be forced upon me.  If there is no injured party, according to the 4^th Amendment of the Bill of Rights, then no law has been broken, policies notwithstanding.

On March 1^st 2012, a new war has broken out; women who want their own way (usually do) at taxpayer’s expense.  Your tax dollars (at work) is going to fund the sex lives of women, even if your religion is against it, which is a blatant slap in the face to those that hold that there is “life” in the womb.

I have to admit that Rush Limbaugh went out on a limb for his most recent comments, but truth is truth, no matter if it might hurt.  We have been so acclimated to allowing women and the suppression of political speech (political correctness) to make any true statement that might be made, into a war cry.  There is no doubt that this issue is going to be on the forefront in this election year, which may overshadow the more important issues of the economy, the price of gasoline and food.  As far as prices are concerned, this is just (printing press) inflation catching up.  Therefore the price of gasoline is not because of another war looming in the Gulf, but because of the true cost of what a fiat money system has done to us.  This women’s issue is going to be fought as fervently as Roe vs. Wade.  The following is why women should not be in positions of leadership or have the power to vote; “I have found one upright man among a thousand, but not one upright woman among them all,” Ecclesiastes 7:28.  In other words, women cannot be trusted, but there are very few exceptions.

Ever since 1962, when overt prayer was removed from our schools, we have taken it on the chin in regards to what are the limits of the Federal Government.  We have effectively become the ‘frog in the slow to boil water’ and lost our god-given freedoms and liberty.  We have become socialized, ruled and overruled by Nazis.  Thomas Jefferson did warn us about how tyrannical our government could become, which is the primary reason to bear arms; “When you cannot get redress in the courts, then you take up your arms as a last resort.”

Ecclesiastes 8:11, “When the sentence for a crime is not quickly carried out, the hearts of the people are filled with schemes to do wrong.”  This is what our Forefathers had in mind in regards to “swift justice”.

This nation is not only financially bankrupt, but is also morally bankrupt.  Abortion should have never become a political issue, but the “Powers That Be” wanted it that way, to not only destroy the family unit, but also dovetails with the United Nation’s Agenda 21 for depopulating the planet.  In addition; mass vaccinations, which have proven to be dangerous; the creation of AIDS; not allowing cures for cancer, which is more about money making; foods and additives that are detrimental to bodily processes causing diseases; legal drugs that even when taken properly kill over 100,000 Americans every year; illegal immigrants are responsible for more deaths than 9-11.  Allowing these “undocumented” people in, is giving politicians a voting block, thereby perpetuating the problem.

Anytime a woman becomes pregnant, her life and the life of the baby are always at risk.  Therefore the way to stop this from happening is to stop screwing around.  Abstinence works every time.  So women, if you want an abortion, we have every right to know about your sex life, in order to avoid women like you, as to save you from so much discomfort and embarrassment.

Anything political is planned and so was this issue of having religious organizations becoming responsible for a woman’s right to choose.  They knew this issue would bring controversy and become an emotional issue that will most certainly stir the women’s vote.  This was most certainly timed to polarize people to probably stand by Obuma and his blatantly unconstitutional health care.  This is just one example on how the “Powers That Be” operate.  All issues that do not have an overt injured party, can be acquitted that is of course if our juries were properly educated; knowing their true power and understanding that a “not guilty” vote would make moral laws null and void.  This is how “We The People” can take our country back.   

There are no Constitutional provisions for the administration over any social issue.  Our Constitution is abundantly clear as to the limits of the Federal Government, which are regulating trade with other nations and the defense of our national borders.  By scrolling down this blog you will find some reasons for the change and when it happened.  George Washington stated; “Trade with everyone, ally with no one.”  So why are we policing the world with our “brand” of what is right and wrong?  The key is not to interfere with other cultures, not to mention their sovereignty and allow them to direct their own destinies.  The best way to teach the world about American Culture is by example, for which we did do and immigrants from around the world would risk their lives to reach our borders.  Interfering with other sovereign nations is not the way.  There are no excuses, because we have 8 times the oil under our own feet than Saudi Arabia.

The United Nations is no help; they recently allowed one million Christians to be slaughtered in the Sudan.  It is going to be interesting to see the United Nation’s reaction, when Israel kicks the Palestinians out of their country, bulldoze down the “Dome on the Rock” and rebuild the Temple.  Don’t blame me for this information; this is a Biblical prophecy.

Have we not learned anything?  It was 1981, when Israel took out a nuclear facility in Iran once before.  Now do you believe that our advice not to do it again is going to be heeded?  The Muslims want Israel removed, but many forget that the land of Israel was promised to Abraham and his children 2500 years ago.  This is why Israel is protected by YHWH (God) and cannot be removed or destroyed. 

The United States has far too many problems to be the least concerned about other nations, Matthew 7:3-5.  Greed and apathy are our biggest sins; greed to have the best even when we cannot afford it, all the while our employment hangs in the balance.  We learned some years ago there is no longer a such thing as job security, so why do we sign a two-year contract for over rated and over priced cell phone service?  Why do we continue to spend more than we have or barely afford, when we know the prices of gasoline, food and utilities are going up and not down?  There is another factor that is robbing us and that is (printing press) inflation, which would not exist, if it were not for the fraud of the Federal Reserve.  Every time money is borrowed, more money is printed, thereby diluting the dollar even further and reinstating the debt that is owed to the Federal Reserve.  In essence, the money is borrowed into existence.  I learned a long time ago, whenever one cannot raise one’s income, it is time to cut expenses.  It works because I have no debts, ever since I gave up my credit cards back in 1992.  If one cannot afford something, one probably does not need it.

Politics has no place in social matters.  Behavior simply cannot be legislated; the Ten Commandments were supposed to manage that, which is a matter of choice, but whenever one of those commandments is broken, someone is going to suffer.  The first 4 Commandments deal with our relationship with our creator.  Although we have the choice to ignore the creator that decision will be self-evident at a future time.  The last 6 Commandments tell us how to love and respect others.  The bottom line is “do no harm” or self-responsibility, as is the “Bill of Rights”.  Not one of those Commandments does harm to anyone, but yet they are being taken down from our so-called courts of law.  Does that action presuppose that our courts are using lies and greed to rule over us?  I can personally acknowledge that as an ‘affirmative’.  That would also presuppose that the Ten Commandments posted anywhere creates a hostile environment.

It is repugnant to the Constitution to fund abortions through an organization that promotes and encourages abortions.  It is the “Powers That Be” and the United Nations “Agenda 21” that is behind this and ever since Roe vs. Wade, 52 million potential Americans were murdered, all without firing a shot; Hitler, Stalin and Mao eat your hearts out.  By stark contrast, we are rewarding illegal aliens that are having children and paying the parents of those children upwards of 1500 dollars per month for each child.  Isaiah 1:5-7, “head” is a metaphor for government.  I do not believe that any argument will ensue, as to how the government is flexing its muscle and overtly interfering in our daily lives.  When “We the People” wake up and smell the rotten stench of all the so-called “authorities” that dictate what we can and cannot do, when no injured party exists?  Our President and Congress do not have the last word.  “All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void”.  Marbury vs. Madison, 5 us (2 cranch) 137, 174, 176, (1803).

“Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them.”  Miranda vs. Arizona, 384 us 436p. 491.  I suggest downloading “Citizens Rule Book”, which I carry with me at all times and worn out a number of them since 1995.  It was President Kennedy that stated there is a plan to use the office of the presidency to subvert and destroy our nation.  This was said at a university 10 days prior to his assassination.  There is no doubt that ever since the Johnson Administration, this has been happening and “We the People” have let them get away with putting our Constitution slowly through a paper shredder.  No one has been more overt at this than both the Bush and Obuma Administrations.  This is mainly because of our government controlled education system and political correctness, which is censorship of what is right and wrong.  It also has to do with our leadership covering their ass and placing blame squarely on the shoulders on what has been branded as “extremists”.  They are simply cowards and playing the “hate speech” card, so now the focus is on “extremists” as your 6 o’clock news wants you to believe.  All mainstream news is “controlled” in order to keep us off balance, off center, all in order to maintain the fraud, not to mention outright lies.  This changes the focus from where it should be and diverts us from knowing the truth, as I mentioned in a prior blog.  Our children are being taught that the government can do no wrong.  Type this in your browser; “The Matrix and the U.S. Constitution”.  

I have to laugh at all the brew-ha-ha with all the advertising for arranging finances, when dealing with the loss of a loved one.  Advertisers want you to believe that buying some kind of insurance is the only option to securing a financial future, to cover the costs of a funeral and other peripheral expenses.

Well, there is another way, but one that cuts across the grain, when dealing with family.  Just tell the authorities you do not want the body.  Why would anyone want a body with no life in it and how long is it necessary to say “good-bye” to someone, even a loved one?  I am sure many will find that repugnant, but consider the economic impact of the high cost of covering a funeral, which can cost upwards for the price of a brand new car, not to mention other expenses and some of them unforeseen.  I personally know of a family, in which one of them died and left the family with her debts totaling 200,000 dollars, in addition to the cost of the funeral, etc.

Remember this axiom; “If it needs to be advertised, you probably do not need it.”  All advertising is designed to take money out of your pocket to fill another pocket.  It cost millions of dollars for a national advertising campaign, for which advertisers know is going to reap many more millions.

I just love the commercial, “Get your free credit report.”  How can one expect to get something for free, when it cost millions of dollars to you that something is purported to be free, when in reality that is not the truth.  In order to get your so-called “free report” one must pay for three separate subscriptions to three different credit reporting agencies, for a total of 30 dollars per month.  Now image how many millions of credit conscience people are going to respond to this and the many millions of dollars these companies are going to reap.

Having credit and its management costs a tremendous amount of money, not to mention subjecting ourselves to identity theft, which is a nightmare all by itself.  It never used to be that way, but greed from both sides of the fence rules.  I gave up my credit cards in 1992 and never looked back.  I do not have all the stresses many people are suffering because they worry about not being able to have the credit necessary to buy a car, home or something else that they would not be able to afford otherwise.   If one cannot afford something (probably heavily advertised) one can probably do without it.

Now I want someone to ask me, how can one buy a house without credit?  The answer is, one can, because as poor as I am, I have done it!  I built it myself without any loans or any financial help whatsoever.  The details are unimportant for this blog and I could probably write a book about it.  What is important is all the fraud that has been perpetrated to make us believe the status quo.  Bankers, insurance companies, state and federal employees would all die of heart failure, if we did not conform to the status quo, for which all of them are thieves.  This is because we have all been deemed as commercial chattel; details are in this blog as you scroll down.

The so-called “authorities” will tell you that I am off the wall, on the fringe, etc., but they cannot tell you that I am a liar, because they know the truth to a degree as I know it, but they cannot afford to expose their fraud, lest they lose their position of power, status and high paying jobs.  There was a man that is a millionaire and said to me he admired what I do.  I interrupted him by finishing his thought and said, “But you have too much to lose.” For which he concurred.

I am not ashamed to admit I am and always was poor.  There was a time when I did not have a dollar in my wallet, for the most part homeless, but never suffered hunger.  However, I am rich in knowledge, wisdom, understanding on how the world really works and rich in spirit.

This is not the only life we will live.  There is an afterlife, but not what the hundreds of religions throughout the world are teaching.  This is how they maintain power over us and was particularly true during the “Dark Ages”, when the “Church” ruled even over kings.  Again I will spare you the details, because YHWH’s (God) word is a lifetime of study and the Bible a jigsaw puzzle.  All religions have some truth, but not one has it all. 

The first truth one needs to understand is that the things of YHWH (God) cannot be understood without the Spirit of YHWH, I Corinthians 2:10-11.  Without this understanding, all the Bible study in the world would be useless.  However, a time is coming when YHWH’s Spirit will be poured upon all flesh, Acts 2:17 and the bottom line is, “We much obey YHWH rather than men.”  Acts 5:29 this will become more evident during the time of the Great Tribulation, with the establishment of a false worldwide religion that will dovetail with a world government, which will be similar to the fallen Roman Empire.

Now, here is something that will incense everyone that supported the war in Iraq.  All Muslim terrorism could effectively be eliminated overnight without firing a shot!  All that needed to be done was to ship crates of pig skins overtly marked in English as well as the language of the troublesome country and stating that any and all dead Muslims will be buried in these pig skins.  To a Muslim, burial in a pig skin is worse than any death.  It is a Muslim belief that if they are buried in a pig skin they would go to hell.  See the movie, “The Real Glory”, staring Gary Cooper and watch the scene when a Muslim is threatened to be buried in a pig skin.

This would be a simple solution to a complex political quandary, but would never be allowed by the “Powers That Be”, because there is too much money to be made.  Type this in your browser; “War is a Racket”.  Continue reading down this blog and you will read history that will never be taught in our government controlled schools.  For at least the past decade, the public schools are teaching our children that the government can do no wrong.  Now that we have the National Defense Authorization Act, this law is the enforcement the Federal Government needed to put away any people and entire families that are deemed anti-government and I am quite sure that I am on at least on subversive list.

Terrorism is alive and well, but the real source of terrorism is not from outside our own borders.  Our Forefathers were well aware of the fallacy of a strong centralized government and made provisions in our Constitution as to the separation of powers, to maintain a level of benevolence of checks and balances.  Unfortunately, it was just after the Civil War that the United States changed from a republic into a democracy, but turning the United States into a corporation, which limits its liability to “We the People”, in a word “accountability”.

Bureaucrats are subsidiaries of the corporation of the United States with a great degree of autonomy.  This invites lobbyists to corrupt or influence corruption in those already predisposed to doing so, despite their oath of office.

Bureaucrats have no oath of office, design policies and operate at their own discretion, with the formation of government regulations that do nothing but take money out of our pockets, all in the guise of protecting us.  If it were not for greed, no regulations would ever be necessary, but we are talking about greed from both the perpetrator and the victim.  Greed cannot survive without the general breakdown of the general public.  Those that become victims of greed deserve it, because of their own greed and/or lack of morality.

Government regulation has acclimated the general population to being controlled, which is repugnant to the “Bill of Rights”.  The ownership of property is controlled by the Department of the Interior, the EPA and local zoning laws.  Ever since we became commercial chattel (March 9^th, 1933) the overt ownership of land was taken away from us, via the “Warrantee Deed”, which makes us a “tenant” and not the owner.  If indeed we were the rightful owners of our properties, why would we need “permission” to do something on it?  Property taxes are essentially “rent” the surf is paying.  Stop paying property taxes and then you will find out who really owns the land.  True land ownership is sovereign, which means no one outside yourself or your inheritors have no say as to the fate of your land.  It used to be that way, but changed during the FDR Administration, when we were numbered and completely lost our sovereign identity as human beings, which turned us into “human resources”, because the United States went bankrupt in 1930.

Both the government and media created a much greater fear of terrorism, which seemingly comes from outside the United States.  Because of that created fear, the general public demands protection, which has effectively given even more centralized power to the government, to better control the population, even to the extent of making American Soil a battleground and anything that remotely smells of being anti-government is to be reported, which should be gross reminder of pre-war Nazi Germany.

Homeland Security is security for the government and not for its citizens.  Freedom and liberty used to be our security, but the “Powers That Be” never wanted it that way, which is why our government has been corrupted with power and our courts a fraud.  TSA is a private policing organization that has taken over one of our basic freedoms – the freedom to travel.  If a terrorist organization really wanted to take out a plane, train or bus, they would be able to accomplish it, despite all the security measures; look at Israel as an example.  An attack may or may not be today, but sometime in the future, when the motive and opportunity presents itself.

Even with all the security protocols firmly in place, if the government needed more power and control over us, they would simply allow an incident or occur, such as Oklahoma City and 9-11.  The knowledge and technology already existed to prevent both occurrences, but the “Powers That Be” have a timetable and allowed those events to take place and eliminated the people and evidence, so as to not point the finger in their direction.

When I become enough of a threat to the “Powers That Be” and their agenda, I know without the slightest doubt that I will be taken out.  I will welcome it, because then I know my part in this work to expose the Satanists will be done and others will take my place.  My Father in Heaven knows where I am and what I am doing.  And if He wants me to do something else or be somewhere else that is where I will be.   

For every effect there is a cause.  When it comes to politics, high finance and government power, very few will come to grips as to what the true causes are, for the effects we are experiencing.  Throughout my entire life, my hobby as a researcher, has time after time, allowed me to stumble upon what the truth is in a matter I look into.

More often than not, lies are perpetuated by even more lies.  It always takes more lies to back up the original lie.  Even more insidious are the sins of omission, for which law enforcement, prosecutors and judges will use, in order to maintain power over us and the fraud in our courts.  The higher morality would be justice, mercy and faith, simply because the letter of the [commercial] law can kill.  This is the very reason why our Founding Fathers implemented juries to act as a “safety valve” for acts of tyranny against the general public; such as a bad law, for which juries can nullify any law by saying “not guilty!”  Any instructions given by a judge to a jury, in regards to what the law is, is jury tampering.  Such instructions should be considered a treasonous act, simply because the judge gave an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution and return a “not guilty” on that principal alone.

For decades, juries are more a matter of form, rather than substance, unless we have rogue juries that ignore the judge’s instructions, which do happen from time to time.  Judges have absolutely no constitutional authority to ignore evidence that might be presented.  Read the “Bill of Rights” and you will discover there is no mention of a judge in any of the wording.  There was a time when I had an email banter with a judge.  When I brought up that there is no mention of a judge in the “Bill of Rights”, there were no further communications from him.  Apparently he was miffed.

For the most part, judges, prosecutors and attorneys are maggots, because they treat us like second class citizens or less and prey upon our ignorance.  So as to give you a “heads up”, attorneys have 4 agendas; the BAR; the court; money and the client, all in that order.  All fines that are collected, a percentage goes toward the judge’s retirement fund.  Anyone know a poor judge?  So when I say the people are “commercial chattel, now do you believe it?  There is no constitutional authority for probate.  So why do they insist upon putting us through probate?  The answer again is that “We the People” are under commercial law venue.  You want justice and your “Constitutional Rights”?  Then you need to change the venue.

Any name in all capital letters is the straw man, or more accurately a “legal fiction”.  This all by itself places us under commercial venue, which is why we have 6 million laws, instead of having the government adhere to their oath of office, upholding the Constitution.  In my opinion, our lower courts are merely cash machines.  No one can come out of one of those court rooms without paying something, with the exception of a dismissal.

You will not find any government issued document bearing a name on it, without that name being in all capital letters.  What I enjoy is when a court docket contains a name and verses “the State of____” on it.  One can effectively get a dismissal, by calling that “State” to the witness stand.  Who is going to show up?  No human being can be produced to represent a corporation.  That is of course one does not allow him or herself to be put into that venue.  Nevertheless, all states, all cities, most towns and the United States Government are corporations, for which the change from a republic to a democracy took place several years after the Civil War, which is another subject I may address in this blog.

“History will tell lies,” as General Bourgogne stated to Major Swinton in the movie, “The Devil’s Disciple”.  School textbooks are specifically designed to fill our children’s minds with what the “Powers That Be” want our minds to retain and live by.  “The mold of a man stems from the mind of a child.  Educators and Emperors have known this from time and memorial, so have tyrants.”  This is a quote spoken by the narrator, at the end of an episode of the original series of the “Outer Limits”, titled, “The Special One”.  You can find this episode on youtube.com.

In regards to politics, we should be far more critical.  Always remember this axiom; anything political is planned.  This can be applied even to the nomination of respective candidates, which is going on as of this writing.  The mainstream media is ignoring Ron Paul as much as possible, even though he is doing far better than the so-called “reporters” are saying, or not saying.

We were deemed “commercial chattel” since March 9^th, 1933, when we were numbered and warehoused by a document called the “Birth Certificate”.  These acts became necessary because the United States fell short in the payment of the National Debt that was deferred since 1909 and again became due in 1929, for which payment was demanded in gold, which is why our gold was confiscated.  It did not cost a mere arm and a leg, but our entire body; all our labor and not only our first born, but everyone that is born; assigned a Social Security Number and warehoused with a “Birth Certificate” as “human resources”, which is a commercial term.

We have all been lulled to sleep by the abundance of distractions, such as, movies; television; sports events; video games and the Internet.  This is so we are kept busy, as to not mind the more important things; thinking for ourselves and too soon discover why we have been thrusted into a police state, because we were led to believe that security is more important than freedom and liberty.  Benjamin Franklyn said, “Those that would give up freedom for security deserve neither.”

When it becomes necessary to X-rays; patting us down and stealing personal items from us, without compensation (re: Article IV of the “Bill of Rights”) is this the freedom and liberty our Forefathers envisioned for us?  Don’t think for one moment that this is a temporary situation; not by a long-shot!  Anytime a government gains power over the people, the government has no intentions of abrogating that power.  TSA violates our “Rights” to personal possessions, which includes our bodies.  I see this as a prelude to totalitarianism and getting us acclimated to Nazi like tactics.

Homeland Security, The Military Commissions Act of 2006 and the more recent National Defense Authorization Act, has effectively made American Soil a battleground and the American People the enemy.  We are now in an undeclared “martial law”.  You think this is an exaggerated claim?  Just wait until you wake up some morning to discover that some of your neighbors and friends are missing.  You will see more and more people being pulled over, handcuffed, hauled off and never heard from again.  Even whole families will disappear.  Why did then President Bush order 109,600 railroad cars to be built fitted with shackles, which can “railroad” 15 million people, to anyone of the 600 FEMA camps throughout the country?  By the way, as of this writing, 72 of those 600 FEMA camps have been activated.  This was soon followed by Obuma signing the National Defense Authorization Act, just before he departed for Hawaii in 2011.  Anything political is planned!

Terrorism is real, but the biggest terrorist of all is our own government.  The commercialization of the American People has made all the above possible; committing so-called crimes without an injured party, which is repugnant to everything the Constitution stands for.  All three branches of government are guilty of treason.  It is too late (short of an outright revolution) to do anything about it, because we let them get away with it.  This is mainly due to the faulty education we received via our government that wants to control us, which is why we have Homeland Security, TSA, etc.  Consider the following;

Do you love America?  Are you against a one world economy and a one world government?  Do you deeply love individual liberty?  Do you believe in conspiracy theories?  If you answered any of those questions affirmatively, then you are a potential terrorist according to a brand new Department of Homeland Security report that was just released in January 2012. The report is entitled “Hot Spots of Terrorism and Other Crimes in the United States, 1970 to 2008“, and it was produced by the “National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism” for the Department of Homeland Security.  As you will see detailed later on in this article, the most shocking part of this report is when it discusses the “ideological motivations” of potential terrorists.  The report shamelessly attempts to portray red-blooded Americans that love liberty and that love their country as the enemy.  Once upon a time, deeply patriotic Americans were considered to be the backbone of America, but today they are considered to be potential terrorists.

And this report is yet another example of how the definition of “terrorism” has changed.  A decade ago, the entire focus of the “war on terror” was on radical Muslims and we were told that we had to send our boys and girls to the other side of the world to defeat them.

Well, in this new report there is barely any mention of Islam at all.  Instead, the report identifies patriots, conspiracy theorists, evangelical Christians, anti-abortion activists, survivalists and those that are against globalism as the real threats.

The focus of the “war on terror” has fundamentally shifted.  The “enemy” is now those that love freedom and those that love America.

According to the new DHS report, the following are some of the beliefs and ideologies of American terrorists….

-”fiercely nationalistic (as opposed to universal and international in orientation)”

-”anti-global”

-”suspicious of centralized federal authority”

-”reverent of individual liberty”

-”believe in conspiracy theories”

-”a belief that one’s personal and/or national “way of life” is under attack”

-”a belief in the need to be prepared for an attack either by participating in paramilitary preparations and training or survivalism”

-”impose strict religious tenets or laws on society (fundamentalists)”

-”insert religion into the political sphere”

-”those who seek to politicize religion”

-”supported political movements for autonomy”

-”anti-abortion”

-”anti-Catholic”

-”anti-nuclear”

All of the above are direct quotes from the report.

Do any of those beliefs apply to you?

Does your own government now believe that you are a potential terrorist?

There seems to be a concerted effort to demonize certain groups of people in this country.  In the past, those that loved America, those that loved God, and those that loved freedom were considered to be role models.  Now they are considered to be dangers.

The funny thing is that according to the report, terrorism in the United States has actually been declining over the past several decades.  On page 13 of the new DHS report, you will find a chart that shows that the number of “terrorist attacks” in the United States has decreased steadily since 1970.

And on page 18 of the report, we find that “extreme left-wing” groups such as radical communists were responsible for 5 times more terror attacks in the U.S. between 1970 and 2008 than all “extreme right-wing” groups and religious groups combined.

The truth is that the vast majority of Americans that are patriotic, religious or that believe in conspiracy theories are very peaceful and only want the best for this country.

But the mainstream media is making it seem like there is an epidemic of “anti-government extremists” that needs to be dealt with.

For example, the following comes from a recent USA Today article entitled “FBI: More locals seek help with anti-government extremists“….

The FBI is being inundated with calls from local government officials asking for assistance in dealing with anti-government extremists, officials said.

And as I wrote about the other day, the FBI has broadened the definition of “suspicious activity” so much that literally anyone could fall under it.

In 2012, the following activities are considered to be “suspicious” by the FBI….

-shielding your computer screen from others

-paying with cash

-acting “nervous”

-using multiple cell phones

-requesting a specific room at a hotel

-traveling with a large amount of luggage

-refusing maid service at a hotel

-staying in your room for too long

-changing your appearance

In fact, if you see any of these things you are supposed to contact the feds right away.

Was the federal government ever this paranoid during the days of McCarthyism?

If America is going to have any kind of a future, we are going to need people who deeply love liberty and who deeply love this country.

Unfortunately, there are many in the federal government that hate the beliefs that this nation was founded upon.

Our founding fathers were fiercely nationalistic, suspicious of centralized authority and were reverent of individual liberty.  So according to the Department of Homeland Security, they would very clearly fit the definition of potential terrorists.

How did America ever get so far off track?

If nobody challenges this kind of propaganda, we will go down the dark road of totalitarianism that so many other societies have gone down in the past.

It is a good thing to love your country.

It is a good thing to love individual liberty.

It is a good thing to question the government.

Unfortunately, what the federal government wants today is blind faith and blind obedience.  If the federal government tells us that patriotism, religion and nationalism are bad, we are just supposed to go along with it.

According to the Department of Homeland Security, the ideal American would be someone that embraces centralized authority, someone that is “universal and international in orientation”, someone that believes in the idea of a one world government, someone that is anti-religion, someone that is pro-genocide, someone that believes that nobody should ever question leadership, and someone that has disdain for individual liberty.

Where could we ever find someone like that?

I used to be distracted by all those aforementioned forms of entertainment, but my propensity as a truth seeker had me put all that aside.  Unfortunately, sharing all this falls upon deaf ears.  For the most part people want to be left alone; “let me work my job, pay my taxes, be safe where I live and enjoy all the entertainment that is available to me.”

The Obuma Administration is going to do everything it can to put the president in a good light.  Credit will be given for things that happen to be on his watch, such as the assassination of Bin Laden and the rescue of hostages in Somalia, etc.  All of which has nothing to do with putting Americans back to work, with the exception of high paying union jobs, for which a law was passed many years ago to hire only union workers for any Federal project.

Despite the office of the president, Obuma has to bow down to the likes of bureaucrats, such as the EPA and killed a pipeline that would have employed up to 50,000 workers, which after the project would have kept 20,000 permanent workers.  I just received some news recently that the Federal Government is allowing Chinese companies to rebuild our roads and bridges.  This is probably a trade off for not having the Chinese dump our dollars and cause an economic panic.

It amazes me how we human beings are so much like sheep.  We get up in the morning, rush out to our jobs, come home exhausted, pull out a beer, and watch the news, to be thankful we do not live in some god-forsaken country and go to bed thinking everything is okay here.  Nothing could be further from the truth, but I suppose that is all a matter of perspective and who you are asking.

Thomas Jefferson warned us of possible government tyranny, which has taken a strong foothold ever since 9-11 and is probably too late to do anything about it.
