The Tenth Amendment

Amendment X: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively or to the people.”

The above means whenever the Constitution does not mention are reserved to the State legislatures, or if that body does not act to preserve what the “Declaration of Independence” has outlined as to our God-given rights and liberties—“We the People” have the absolute right to take up our arms and remove the vermin of those who have subverted the declaration of our God-given rights, which is the very reason why Thomas Jefferson wrote the “Second Amendment,” for which was displayed in 1946, when the town of Athens, Tennessee’s veterans took up arms to insure the integrity of an election, that was rife with corruption.
